Another day in the life...

I can't imagine that it's very exciting to read my blog. When I do stuff, I'm sure it's nice to hear about it. But most of my days are like today...quiet. I like my quiet days, but I do miss Ripon. I miss having people everywhere, and I like when there is SOME noise. It's crazy quiet here, until like 2 in the morning, and then it sometimes gets loud. It depends on whether the people above me decide to run around like they sometimes do...

I went to class at 11 this morning. We talked about Durkheim, and the books he wrote. Oh so exciting. My professor is awfully monotonous, and he doesn't use any visual aids or anything. He just talks to the class. That's it. It's so hard to pay attention--plus we have this GIANT window that overlooks the city of Bangor, and it's a pretty view...

I worked out this afternoon. Again, so exciting. And then Melisa and I wandered around Bangor. She wanted new tennis shoes because she wore out her other ones. I didn't mind shopping with her :) I do love shopping, and I was on the lookout for something to hold my iPod when I'm running. There was something at one of the stores that looked like it would work, but I decided to check out some more stores tomorrow. Melisa and I are going to walk to Tesco in the morning, and there are some electronics stores nearby that might have something useful. We'll see how that goes!
